Preeclampsia is a syndrome characterized by hypertension and proteinuria or end-organ dysfunction without after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It the second most common cause maternal death bleeding in Turkey worldwide. seen 4.6% pregnancies has multisystemic effects. Since it disease that every physician may encounter his clinical practice, would be better to have knowledge about order identify risk groups early prevent multiorgan damage.
